Linda Gryziecki Scholarship Winners

On July 11, at the Deerfield Park Foundation Board Meeting, Linda Gryziecki announced the winners of the 2022 Linda Gryziecki Scholarships. Congratulations Jenny Fairman – college recipient and Jack Aronson – high school recipient of the Linda Gryziecki Scholarships. This fall, Jenny will attend The University of Iowa and Jack will attend Lake Forest College.

These college scholarships were created by our Board of Park Commissioners who donating funds to honor long-time Deerfield Park District Executive Director Linda Gryziecki, who retired after 38 years with the District. Two $1,000 scholarships are awarded each year. We wish both of the recipients the best of luck at their colleges next year!
