Indoor Triathlon

The Deerfield Park District Adult Indoor Triathlon is an event where athletes of all abilities can participate and complete a triathlon. This indoor tri boasts the same events as a traditional triathlon; swim, bike, and run. Instead of a fixed distance for each event, our event is how far you can cover during a fixed duration of time.
Registration Opens on December 1, 2023. Sign up for a heat start time. 6 participants per heat
Registration deadline: January 26, 2024
Adult Race (18 years & Older)
• Swim 10 minutes
• 15-minute transition to the bike
• Bike 20 minutes on cycle bike
• 5-minute transition to the run/walk
• Run/walk 15 minutes on treadmill
Cost: $25M/30NM
Age: 18+
