Online Registration is Free and Simple!
It's never been easier to activate your household account for online registration!
New to the park district? Create a household account online. Within two business days, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your temporary user ID and password, which you can change the first time you log in. Proof of residence will be required to receive resident rates.
New to online registration? If you've signed up for park district programs in the past, you already have an account. Visit the registration website and enter your e-mail address to have a reminder sent via e-mail. If you have changed e-mail addresses, or if you still need assistance, contact us or call 847-945-0650 and we'll be happy to help you.
To add or make changes to your household account (names, birthdates, grades, etc.) please call or contact the registration office.
Pay Your Balance Online
You can now pay your balance online using the registration website. This includes camp balances, prepayment for next year's preschool, or additional fees waitlist enrollments. After you log in, just click on the "My Account" menu at the top of the screen, then click on "Pay Old Balance". You can choose which items you want to pay by clicking the shopping cart icon, then follow the normal checkout procedure.
Except for summer camps, we no longer use the lottery system for registration. Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis, with park district residents having priority over non-residents. Check the inside cover of each season's brochure for opening dates/times.
Payment is due in full at the time of registration unless otherwise indicated.
You may pay all fees with one check made out to the Deerfield Park District or by credit card. Please tell us what it's for and include your telephone number.
Do not mail cash!
All fax registrations must be paid by credit card. Please be sure to sign the form, and include the expiration date.
Those who register for Park District programs and improperly use a Deerfield address are removed from the class and no refund or transfer fee is provided. Non-residents pay a higher fee per program. Note: Non-residents are not eligible for resident fees even if their caretaker/ provider/relative resides in Deerfield.
Proof of Deerfield Park District Residency Status
In order to receive "Resident" rates, you are required to show proof of residence. Once your household has done this you do not need to repeat the process. This procedure has been re-instituted to ensure district residents receive priority in enrolling for high demand activities.
Proof of Residency includes BOTH:
1) A current residential utility bill (gas, electric, water - no phone bills accepted) with your name and your mailing address; AND
2) A valid driver's license or other photo identification containing your current address.
Documentation may be brought to the registration office at Jewett Park Community Center during normal business hours.
