Turkey Buster

Fun, Energy, Camaraderie! Join us Thanksgiving Day for a morning workout. This series of group classes consists of four classes, 25 minutes each with a 5 minute “pass period” to rotate studios.

• HIIT – Group Exercise Studio
• Group Cycle – Cycle Studio
• Bootcamp – Personal Training Studio
• Core – Mind Body Studio

Fee: Bring 2 canned food items (more if you want) to front desk. With many local food banks empty during the holiday season and families going hungry, our goal is to collect a minimum of 160 canned food items!

Ages: 12 & up 12-15 must be accompanied by an adult
