Kayak Excursion

Spend an early evening enjoying a guided tour of the Skokie Lagoon with an expert guide from Chicago River Canoe and Kayak. Paddle through the peaceful forest preserves and take in the natural surroundings, which include water birds, and turtles in their habitats. This outing is good for beginners as well as more experienced boaters, and you will receive instructions, safety tips, and pointers before the excursions. Meet at Tower Rd. west of Forestway Dr. launch at 6:00 p.m., excursion begins at 6:30 p.m. and completed around 7:30 p.m. After the excursion come back to Patty Turner Center to relax on the patio, have a drink and connect with others.
