FTP (Functional Threshold Power) Assessment Workshop

March 29 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

The Sachs Recreation Center is pleased to be offering an FTP (Functional Threshold Power) Assessment workshop in the Cycle Studio.

FTP is a tool used to quantify endurance performance. Some of the benefits from knowing your FTP include:

  • Assessing your current level of fitness.
  • Accurately measuring your progress over time.
  • Precisely determining your effort level during workouts using our Stages (TM) bikes.
  • Gaining fitness from working smarter, not necessarily harder.

All that’s needed for this workshop is comfortable cycling clothes, a water bottle, and the willingness to push yourself.

Following the one-hour class, participants will receive a report providing their ‘power zones’ which provides the information needed to obtain the benefits outlined above.

In addition to the FTP assessment, the workshop will include motivation, fun, and camaraderie.

Saturday, March 29, 9-10am
Fee: $10

Sign up at Front Desk!
