Big Band Sound of Deerfield: I’m Fallin’ For You

Swing music celebrates romance (natch!) but it also hails the gentle breezes of new seasons. We’ll celebrate all the autumnal fun of fall before the snow can fly with some of the great composers and arrangers of the 20th Century America Song Book. The magic ranges from Stan Kenton’s gorgeous “Autumn in New York” to the full songbook of legendary Count Basie. If you want Basie’s “One O’Clock Jump” to “April In Paris” to “Splanky”, put on your comfy dancing shoes for two hours of fun and memories.

The Big Band Sound of Deerfield has announced its return to the Patty Turner Center for a series of LIVE performances and dance parties! Events will be held at the PTC in the Members’ Room.

Admission will be $10.00 ($12.00 for Non-Members) and include light refreshments.
