Jewett Park Public Meeting Notice

The Deerfield Park District will hold a public meeting to solicit public input on a conceptual plan for the improvement of the northern end of Jewett Park on Thursday, July 21 at 7:30 pm at the Jewett Park Community Center.

The park district completed improvements to the southern portion of the park in 2020 and is now planning to complete renovations to the northern portion of the park beginning in 2023. Components of the plan include a playground renovation, a concert pavilion, a decorative water fountain area, an accessible ramp from the steps near the library leading into the park and a natural/outdoor education area.
