Deer Dash is designed for both beginning and experienced runners. We offer a 5K race, a 10K race, and a 1 mile fun run. There is enough to challenge competitors at all levels. There are no age group awards; everyone who finishes is a winner.
The Deer Dash will help you sharpen your competitive skills in running and get in shape for other area events. We warmly welcome your participation and hope you will make this event a must on your yearly athletic calendar.
Registrations will be accepted on race day if there is room. To sign up on race day, you must register by 7:30 AM. Prior to February 19, registration for Deerfield Park District residents only. After February 19, registration will be taken for residents and nonresidents on a first come/first served basis.

Participant numbers are issued in advance based on submitted swim times; and competitors will start the swim in numerical order.
Event is great for getting in shape for more ambitious triathlons in the area. We warmly welcome your participation and hope you will make this event a must on your yearly athletic calendar.

If you do not check in by 7:00 AM on the day of the race, you will be replaced by someone on the waiting list.
