Pool Rentals

During pool season, both Mitchell and Deerspring Pools are available for private pool party rentals during these time blocks:
 

Residents may reserve a pool party rental beginning May 1. After June 1, both residents and non-residents may reserve on a first-available basis. No rentals are booked during the Coho Classic Swim Meet weekend in early July.

To rent a pool for a private party, call Adam Wohl at 847-572-2621. The pool at Sachs Rec Center is available for parties year round. Call 847-572-2600 for Sachs rentals.

Pool Rental Fees (either outdoor pool)

1-1/2 hours: $320
2 hours maximum: $395

For parties of more than 100 people, an additional charge of $50 per hour will be added. The sprayground at Deerspring Pool may be added to a rental for an additional $75.

Sprayground-only Party Rental Fee

Basic Party: $200
Deluxe Party: $250

ALL RENTALS: By state law, alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the premises.

Party Packages

$200 for up to 30 people (including adults). No season passes accepted for entry. A $50 refundable deposit is required.

Party packages during Public Swim are available during the following hours:

Monday-Friday: 3 - 4:45 pm
Saturday: 2 - 4 pm & 5 - 7 pm
Sunday: Noon -2 pm & 3 - 5 pm

Party host may bring in only cake and nonalcoholic beverages; no other food is allowed. Food options may be added, call Adam Wohl at 847-572-2621 for pricing options.
