“What is Feldenkrais?” Feldenkrais is a somatic educational system designed by Moshé Feldenkrais(1904–1984). Feldenkrais aims to reduce pain or limitations in movement, to improve physical function, and to promote general wellbeing by increasing students' awareness of themselves and by expanding students' movement repertoire.
Learn the gentle Feldenkrais Method to improve energy, reduce stress, breathe more easily, and move with more pleasure, ease and grace. We will focus on gentle movement for those experiencing chronic pain, poor balance, flexibility, or coordination difficulties. This class does not involve vigorous exercise and is taught with a “less is more” attitude. “A great way to start your day!”
