Group Exercise Schedule

The new group exercise schedule has several changes and a few new classes. The new classes are listed below.
Cardio X-Treme - This high intensity class focuses on a variety of cardio intervals to maximize your workout as you increase your anaerobic threshold. Various drills and techniques will be used to keep you sweating from head to toe. Strength and core work using your own body weight will be incorporated.
Tabata Fusion - This high intensity interval training class will focus on combinations of strength and cardio intervals using the Tabata format of training. Each exercise requires 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times through. This class is a perfect fusion of strength and cardio to give you a full body workout.
Cardio X-Treme is available on Fridays from 9:20 - 10:10 am and Tabata Fusion is available on Sunday from 8:15 - 9:15 am.
